Description

Designed in Hong Kong, our gluten-free tart crust mix is crispy with a bit of crunchy. Unlike any other brands from Europe and the U.S., our gluten-free mix does not contain high amount of sugar in the ingredient. Our product is the combination of allergen-friendly, healthy and easy-to-use.  


Our tart crust mix can be a universal base to your sweet and savoury tarts. Follow our easy instructions at the back of the packet and you can make 18-20 pcs of 6cm tarts using one bag.


Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Egg-Free Crispy Tart Crust

1. In a large bowl, mix together the crust mix, 2g salt, 1g sugar and 100g coconut oil. 
2. Add 55g vegetable milk and mix well to form a dough.
3. Take around 20g each time and press dough into place in tart pan. 
4. Put in a pre-heated oven and bake at 185 C for 15 minutes.
5. Cool down on a rack and add your favourite toppings!

(If you need to bake the tart with toppings again, we suggest you to reduce the baking minutes in Step 4 to avoid burning of the tart!)
