1 Exchange Policy
1.1 To provide effective and more comprehensive service, please email to email@example.com with the related order numbers and photos showing the condition of the item(s) ordered, our customer service officer will get back to you and follow up.
1.2 We handle every parcel with care and ensure that the orders are in good condition before sending out to delivery service-provider; however, the delivery process may cause some problems from time to time that we cannot guarantee. For delivered goods with problems that need to be exchanged, please email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date that your order had been successfully delivered.
2 Product exchange
Goods should remain with original packing and same condition as items received. We will pay for the delivery charges incurred when the related problem is a result caused by our mishandling. Otherwise,customers will have the full responsibility of paying the full shipping expenses and other related expenses.
3 Transaction completion
Unless customers make request for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery,such request will not be accepted with further replacement request. Transaction is deemed to have been completed after 7 days upon delivery. We shall not bear any legal responsibility and will not arrange any replacement or exchange.
4 Under the following circumstances,we do NOT accept exchange or replacement:
4.1 Order completed, which is 7 days after delivery.
4.2 Product opened and used.
4.3 Products without original packing, damaged or fragmented (with all parts and accessories which are provided with the merchandise including manuals, certificates, labels, tags,consumables, bags,and boxes).
4.4 Purchasers do not want the product after order confirmed due to preference, change in mind or placing order with wrong items.
4.5 All items with discounts or special prices.
4.6 All gift items and tester.
4.7 Allergic reactions due to personal’s skin sensitive/unsuitable issues.
4.8 Purchasers cannot provide order form.
4.9 If customer finds the product that has gone bad, we will send back the item to our supplier or manufacturer for investigation, and usually it takes 1-2 months, we will arrange replacement right after if it has been proved that the quality of the items has problem(s). Customer will have to pay for the delivery charges incurred.
5 Exchange Terms
5.1 Customers can exchange once for each order; we do not accept further exchange on items that has been replaced and we do not accept any refund request.
5.2 If the customer fails to fulfill the requirement of the exchange policy, we will NOT accept any exchange, refund nor net amount settlement.
6 Refund Terms
6.1 Refund is not accepted when order is in the status of "shipped" or "preparation in progress”.
6.2 Refund currency will be the same as the currency used in payment of the order.
6.3 Administration fee of 20% of total sum or HK$100(whichever the higher) will be charged.
6.4 Refund will be done via PayPal.
7 We reserve our right of the final decision regarding exchange, refund and/or relevant matters.
8 We reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
