Delivery and Handling
“A Plus eShop” (hereinafter referred to as “Our company”) provides online order and delivery services. Parcels are normally dispatched out from Hong Kong according to order sequence within 14 business days (Monday to Friday, except Public holidays)upon receipt of payment.
1. Hong Kong Area
1.1 Local pick-up (MongKok) – Free delivery fee
We will confirm the exact pick-up date and time by email after we receive the order form.

Time: Monday-Friday 10:00am-05:00pm (Except Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday)
1.2 Home Delivery
The charges will be HK$80. All express mail sent or dispatched in remote areas Hong Kong will be additionally charged HK$30 or more surcharge.
1.3 SF-express- SF Stores (Only Hong Kong)
The charges will be HK$60.
Location of S.F. Stores
1.4 SF-Express (Commercial area)
The charges will be HK$80. Whilst delivery services are limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories commercial areas. For Hong Kong remote areas, an additional charge will normally be HK$30.
1.5 SF-express (Remote area):
Delivery fees are to be confirmed by us with SF-Express, and in case of disputes, we reserve our right of final decisions.
2. China and Asian Area
2.1 Single order purchase shall bear a delivery charge of HK$320 or above per order. If it is over HK$320,we will contact and inform customers the related additional delivery charge.
2.1 All ordered items shall be delivered via postage or courier to the address specified by customers.
3.1 Single order purchase shall bear a delivery charge of HK$380 or above. If it is over HK$380, we will contact and inform customers with the related additional delivery charge.

3.3 Overseas customers should bear import duties, tax or any additional charges.
1. Orders will be delivered in sequence upon orders confirmation and payment (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
2. Tracking number will be provided for customers to keep track of the delivery status.
6. Orders are processed by computer system, delivery address CANNOT be changed after order has been confirmed. Therefore, please carefully verify your personal information and delivery address before submitting the order.
7. For enquiry about local delivery time and arrangement details, please contact SF Express Hotline at (852) 2730-0273. They may need to verify your tracking number and personal information for further follow-up.
8. If your orders are not received after the confirmed period, please contact us by email to email@example.com. In order to ensure purchased order to be sent accurately without delay, please verify carefully your personal information and delivery address before submitting the order.
9. If occasional shortage of stock for certain products arising from delay occurs due to importation, we shall give further notice on delivery arrangement.
10. As delays may due to custom clearance at destination, our company holds no liability over such delays.
11. For parcel rejected by the receiver or failing to reach the receiver and finally bouncing back to our company 15 days after parcel was sent out, we reserve right to charge the additional charge if resending the parcel is needed.
12. For the effectiveness of handling orders, delivery charge is fixed at reasonable rate according to destination,whereas actual delivery charge varies according to total weight of the parcel.We advise you to group your items in one order. Otherwise, additional delivery charge will be applied to each of them.
13. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
14. We reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
