Terms and Conditions

1. “A Plus eShop” (hereinafterreferred to as “Our Company”) provides worldwide online order and deliveryservices.


2. For better and smooth order processing, ordercannot be combined or amended after submission. Even if there is an additionalorder of same product(s) or other product(s) which are purchased on the sameday after an order has already been submitted, that purchase will still becounted as a separate order and extra shipping costs will be required.


3. Email with tracking numbers will be sentwhen order is being processed.


4. All product shots are taken with thereal objects. Due to environment, light, and printing, the appearance of theproducts on photos may slightly be different from the real objects, photos are for reference only. Our company does not accept return request due to this reason.


5. Order will be automatically cancelledwithout prior notice if bank transfer payment has not been completed within 7days after placing order. Please place your order again if needed.


6. Our company will not reserve productsfor unpaid orders, and you are advised to complete payment as soon as possibleafter purchase is made.


7. Products shown here on the website areavailable while stocks last and can be removed without any prior notice.


8. Orders are processed by computer systemand hence, delivery address cannot be changed after order was placed.


9. Unpaid orders with discounted/promoteditem(s) sold at special prices or coming with specific gift(s) within specificpromotion period will be cancelled by computer system automatically whenpromotion ended; orders cannot be re-opened after cancellation.


10. Payments that fail to be completedbefore the deadline of the promotion period will not be entitled to thepromotion discount/gift. (The cut-off time for promotion item is 17:00 on thedate of the end of promotion period. Reference is made to the date and time shown onthe transfer records for the payments processed and completed via PayPal).Purchaser is required to pay for the price difference in order to process andcomplete the order with no refund.


11. If there is/are pre-order item(s) fromthe order, the whole order will be prepared and sent at once when the pre-orderitem(s) is/are ready to ship. (You may be requested tosend by separate parcels, while extra fees for shipping will be applied.) Ourcompany shall reserve the right of final decision for accepting the order.

12. It isillegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order for wines, customer should confirm that he/sheis 18 years old or above. The Customer shall ensure that no person shall use his/her loginto purchase alcohol products.

13. Prices,vintages, labels and bottle images are subject to change without prior noticeand all orders are subject to A Plus eShop acceptance at its sole discretionand stock availability.


14. Allorders are subject to confirmation of final availability and A Plus eShopreserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products orservices requested is unavailable. If it had happened, we will notify you byphone or email.


15. Fixedprice items are not entitled to any discount, unless otherwise stated.


16. Missing item(s)

i) Please check andconfirm the items from your parcels in front of the courier before signing fordelivery confirmation. Once the delivery receipt was signed, there will bedeemed to be no missing item(s) from the parcel(s) and further request will NOTbe accepted.

ii) If you finditems missing from the parcel before signing for delivery confirmation, pleasefollow the steps below:

a) Rejectthe parcel and ask the courier to return the parcel to sender; and

b) Email tocs@aplusworldtrade.com with relevant photos, messages and the order number totell us about the missing item(s) from parcel.

We will then contact the courier to return the rejected parcel andsend out the order again.


17. Exchange Policy

i) To provideeffective and more comprehensive service, please email tocs@aplusworldtrade.com with the related order numbers and photos showing thecondition of the item(s) ordered, our customer service officer will get back toyou and follow up.

ii) We handle everyparcel with care and ensure that the orders are in good condition beforesending out to delivery service-provider; however, the delivery process maycause some problems from time to time that we cannot guarantee. For deliveredgoods with problems that need to be exchanged, please email to:cs@aplusworldtrade.com within 7 days from the date that your order had beensuccessfully delivered.


18. Product exchange

Goods should remain with original packingand same condition as items received. We will pay for the delivery charges incurredwhen the related problem is a result caused by our mishandling. Otherwise,customers will have the full responsibility of paying the full shippingexpenses and other related expenses.


19. Transaction completion

Unless customers make request for exchangewithin 7 days from the date of delivery, such request will not be accepted withfurther replacement request. Transaction is deemed to have been completed after7 days upon delivery. We shall not bear any legal responsibility and will notarrange any replacement or exchange.


20. Under the following circumstances, we do NOT accept exchange orreplacement:

i) Ordercompleted, which is 7 days after delivery.

ii)Product opened and used.

iii) Productswithout original packing, damaged or fragmented (with all parts and accessorieswhich are provided with the merchandise including manuals, certificates,labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes).

iv)Purchasers do not want the product after order confirmed due to preference,change in mind or placing order with wrong items.

v) Allitems with discounts or special prices.

vi) Allgift items and tester.

vii) Allergicreactions due to personal’s skin sensitive/unsuitable issues.

viii) Purchaserscannot provide orderform.

ix) Ifcustomer finds the product that has gone bad, we will send backthe item to our supplier or manufacturer for investigation, and usually ittakes 1-2 months, we will arrange replacement right after if it has been provedthat the quality of the items has problem(s). Customer will haveto pay for the delivery charges incurred.


21. Exchange Terms

i)Customers can exchange once for each order; we do not accept further exchangeon items that has been replaced and we do not accept any refund request.

ii) Ifthe customer fails to fulfill the requirement of the exchange policy, we willNOT accept any exchange, refund nor net amount settlement.


22. Refund Terms

i) Refund is notaccepted when order is in the status of "shipped" or"preparation in progress”.

ii) Refundcurrency will be the same as the currency used in payment of the order.

iii) Administrationfee of 20% of total sum or HK$100 (whichever the higher) will be charged.

HomeDelivery would be HK$42 for the initial 1kg, additional shipping fee will be applied if over 1kg.

23. We reserve our right of the final decision.
